Simply fill out our quick form, sign up for Direct Deposit and in 7-10 days you’ll be saving time and money with Vision Premier® Prepaid Visa® Cards and Direct Deposit.
As soon as you submit your form, we’ll send you a quick confirmation email. And just before we ship your card, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on the way.

* Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents at any time. "Guaranteed Approval" is contingent upon successfully passing this mandatory identification information. ** Your Weekly Fee will be rebated the following month when you sign up for Direct Deposit and deposit a minimum of $500 per month or complete 15 or more transactions a month.
