If your Vision Card is ever lost or stolen, or you encounter unauthorized transactions, you are protected by the Visa Zero Liability policy†. The Visa Zero Liability policy is a guarantee that you won't be held responsible for fraudulent charges made with your card or account information.


SECURITY ON THE VISION CARD WEBSITE

We value your trust and respect your privacy with secure web pages on the Vision Card website. When you sign up for the Vision Card, or log in to your Vision Card account, you can feel safe that your information is protected. To verify if you are on a secure web page, look to the right of URL address at the top of the web page and see the padlock symbol.


SHOP ONLINE WORRY-FREE

Use your prepaid Visa card to shop online with confidence with the Visa Zero Liability policy. Get an extra layer of security when you shop online with Verified by Visa.
 

* Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. "Guaranteed Approval" is contingent upon successfully passing this mandatory identification information. This Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC.

** Your Weekly Fee will be rebated the following month when you sign up for Direct Deposit and deposit a minimum of $500 per month or complete 15 or more transactions a month. Otherwise, a Weekly Fee will be deducted from your card account each week. "No Transaction Fee" applies to Signature Transactions only.

The Visa Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions.
