- What do I do if my Vision Visa® Prepaid Card is lost or stolen?
- Rest easy. Call Vision Prepaid Card Customer Service immediately at 1-800-207-1805 to report your lost or stolen card. We will cancel your card and issue a new one to you within 7-10 days.
- What if I detect suspicious activity or transactions on my Vision Visa Prepaid Card that I did not authorize?
- First, log in to your Vision Prepaid Card account to see what purchases have been made. If you see anything suspicious, call Customer service immediately at 1-800-207-1805 and a representative will help you.
- What if I forget my PIN or suspect someone else knows it?
- Avoid this problem before it happens by keeping your PIN a secret. Never share it with anyone. If you have forgotten your PIN or think someone else might be using it, please call us at 1-800-207-1805 to have a new PIN issued.
*Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents at any time. “Guaranteed Approval” is contingent upon successfully passing this mandatory identification confirmation.
