What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Call Vision Card customer service immediately at 1-866-701-9202 to report your lost or stolen card. We will cancel your card and issue a new one to you within 7-10 days.
What if I detect suspicious activity or transactions I did not authorize?
Log in to your Vision Card account to check transactions made. If you see anything suspicious, please call Vision Card customer service immediately at 1-866-701-9202 and a representative will help you.
What if I forget my PIN or suspect someone else knows it?
Keep your PIN a secret. Never share it with anyone. If you have forgotten your PIN or think someone else might be using it, please call us at 1-866-701-9202 to have a new PIN issued.
