Emergency road service providers and locksmiths are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of National Motor Club of America, Inc. and damage claims related to the service provider or locksmith will not be the responsibility of National Motor Club of America, Inc. or PreCash, Inc. Services are available to active Vision Premier Cardholders. A cardholder is defined as active if they have had a load or unload on their qualifying Vision Premier Card in the past 30 days. A qualifying Vision Premier Card is one that was ordered or issued on or after October 1, 2011. It may take up to 5 business days after the initial load to the card to be added as an active member and qualify for the Roadside Assistance program. PreCash has the right to terminate or change this offer at any time and in any manner.
