* Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions
to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What
this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth
and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your
driver's license or other identifying documents. "Guaranteed Approval" is contingent upon successfully
passing this mandatory identification information. This Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant
to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC.
** Your Weekly Fee will be rebated the following month when you sign up for Direct Deposit and deposit a minimum of $500 per month or complete 15 or more transactions a month. Otherwise, a Weekly Fee will be deducted from your card account each week. "No Transaction Fee" applies to Signature Transactions only.
† Replacement Fees may apply. The Visa Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions.
