Gas Reward Terms
You will receive a credit equal to one percent (1%) of each dollar in net purchases made with your qualifying Vision Premier Prepaid Card beginning August 01, 2011
at a merchant location that has a merchant category code customarily used for gas stations (a "Qualifying Merchant Category Code").
A qualifying Vision Premier Prepaid Card is one that was ordered online on or after August 01, 2011. A merchant category code is a four digit classification
code that is assigned to a merchant by the merchant’s payment card network or merchant processor based on the predominant business activity of the merchant.
A purchase made within the department or section of a larger merchant that is not a stand-alone gas station will not have a Qualifying Merchant Category
Code. PreCash, Inc. does not assign, and does not have any responsibility for the assignment of, merchant category codes and does not evaluate whether or
not a Qualifying Merchant Category Code should be assigned to a particular merchant. PreCash reserves the right to determine which merchant category codes
are Qualifying Merchant Category Codes. The credit will be applied to your Vision Premier Prepaid Card at set times throughout the promotion, generally within 60
days or less of the qualifying purchase. The minimum credit amount must be $3.00 or more to be applied. Credits will continue to accumulate until such time
as the minimum amount is met and will be applied at the next payout. Credits will not be applied to your Vision Premier Prepaid Card if your Vision Premier Prepaid Card
is closed for any reason at the time the credits are to be applied.
PreCash reserves the right to terminate or change this offer at any time and in any manner. Without limiting any other remedies,
PreCash reserves the right to remove the credits from your Vision Premier Prepaid Card if it determines that such credits were improperly
applied to your Vision Premier Prepaid Card or obtained fraudulently and to suspend or terminate your participation in the offer if PreCash
suspects that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with this offer or have otherwise abused the Rewards Program.
