Bill Pay Questions

What is Click-n-Pay™ bill pay?: Click-n-Pay™ is the Vision Premier Prepaid Visa Card's bill pay service. It allows you to send one-time or recurring payments from your Vision Prepaid Card account, electronically or by paper check, to anyone in the United States. Make sure your Vision Card account is funded before making payments.
How much does it cost to use Click-n-Pay?: There is no fee for the Click-n-Pay bill pay service. It is FREE†† when you sign up for the Vision Premier Prepaid Visa Card online.
Can I pay all my bills with the Vision Card?: Yes, you can make a payment to anyone in the United States. View the list of more than 5,000 billers or add a new biller to your list to pay through the cardholder account login.
How soon will my payments be received?: We recommend that you send online payments at least 5 business days before the due date to make sure it arrives on time. If a check needs to be mailed, please allow 10-14 days for the payee to receive the check. Make sure your Vision Card account is funded before making payments.
How are payments made?: Log in to the cardholder web site and select Click-n-Pay from the left-hand side. Set up your biller's information (name, address, phone, account number). Then, determine how much you want to pay and when. Payments are issued electronically or with a paper check. Once a biller has been setup, cardholders can initiate bill payment either through the website or through the automated voice response telephone service.
How can I confirm a payment has been sent?: You can confirm a payment has been sent by checking "Recent Payments" on the Click-n-Pay home page or by selecting "Payment Activity" in the Click-n-Pay window.
How often can I schedule recurring payments?: A monthly recurring payment is the most-used option. Other scheduling options include daily, quarterly or yearly.

* Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents at any time. "Guaranteed Approval" is contingent upon successfully passing this mandatory identification information. This Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC.

** Your Weekly Fee will be rebated the following month when you sign up for Direct Deposit and deposit a minimum of $500 per month or complete 15 or more transactions a month. Otherwise, a $0.95 Weekly Fee will be deducted from your card account each week. $0 Activation Fee with mail-in rebate. To request your Activation Fee rebate, complete the mail-in rebate form available at www.visionprepaid.com/rebate.
