What is the Bill Pay service?
The Bill Pay service is the Vision Visa® Prepaid Card's convenient online bill paying feature that lets you send one-time or recurring payments electronically or by paper check to anyone in the United States. When your funds are available, just log in to your online prepaid account to easily set up and make payments in the Bill Pay section of www.visionpreaid.com.
How much does it cost to use the online Bill Pay service?
The online Bill Pay service is FREE†† when you sign up for any of the Vision Visa Prepaid Cards online! Long gone are days of standing in line and money order fees just to pay your bills. You can also pay any biller directly over the Internet or telephone.
Can I pay all of my bills with the Vision Visa Prepaid Card?
Yes! Enjoy the convenience of paying anyone in the United States with your money available on your prepaid card. View the list of more than 5,000 billers in the online Bill Pay system, or simply add a new biller to your list to pay through your online cardholder account. You can also pay any biller directly over the Internet or telephone.
How soon will my payments be received?
We recommend that you send online payments at least 5 business days before the due date to make sure it arrives on time. If a Bill Pay paper check needs to be mailed, please allow 10-14 days for the payee to receive the check. Make sure your Vision Visa Prepaid Card account has enough funds before making your payments.
How do I make a payment?
Log in to your account on the visionprepaid.com website and select Click-n-Pay™ from the left-hand side. Set up your biller's information (name, address, phone, account number). Then, determine how much you want to pay and when. Payments are issued electronically or with a paper check. Once you’ve set up a biller, you can easily enter a bill payment either through the website or through the Vision Prepaid Card’s automated voice response telephone service. Or, just pay the biller directly through their own online or telephone payment system.
How can I confirm that a payment has been sent?
That’s easy too. Just log in to your account, access the Bill Pay page, then confirm a payment by selecting "Recent Payments" or "Payment Activity."
How often can I schedule recurring payments from my Vision Visa Prepaid Card?
A monthly recurring bill payment is the most-used option. Other scheduling options include daily, quarterly or yearly.
