How do I get started with my Vision Card?
When you receive your Vision Card, call the phone number on the card to activate it. Then you will need to add cash to your card through Direct Deposit or load cash at a retail location near you. Once your card is loaded with cash, you are ready to make purchases, pay bills, or withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide. You can also manage your account online at www.visionprepaid.com.

How long will it take to receive my Vision Card in the mail?
Your new Vision Card will arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 days after you successfully pass identification verification*. Vision Cards are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. If you do not receive your Vision Card, please call customer service at 1-800-207-1805.

What's the easiest way to keep my Vision Card loaded with cash?
The easiest way to load your Vision Card is through Direct Deposit. You can add cash to your account regularly and automatically by having all or part of your paycheck deposited directly to your Vision Card account for FREE! To sign-up for Direct Deposit, give your employer the voided check that came with your Vision Card. You can also call 1-800-207-1805 to request a new direct deposit form or

How do I make purchases with my Vision Card?
When making a purchase, select "Credit" and sign the receipt provided by the merchant. Signature transactions are free.

How can I keep track of my account?
Log in to your Vision Card account online to see your account statement and transactions for FREE. You can also sign up to receive FREE balance alerts sent to your cell phone or email. Or, you may call customer service at 1-800-207-1805. There is no charge using the automated voice response, but there is a fee when you speak to a live agent.

How can I pay bills with my Vision Card?
Bill Pay is FREE* online with the Click-n-Pay™ automated bill payment service. With Click-n-Pay, you can send electronic payments to thousands of billers, even if they don't accept credit cards. If you want to pay a biller that isn't listed in our database, we can send them a paper check on your behalf.

Can I save on my Weekly Fee?
Yes, when you use your Vision Card for either of the following transactions per month, your Weekly Fee will be refunded:
• Direct Deposit
• 15 or more transactions a month

Are there any other FREE features?
Yes. You will not be charged a fee when using your Vision Card for:
• Signature transactions
• Bill Pay*
• Online account management
• Online monthly statements
• Text Message or email balance alerts

Can I add additional Vision Cards to my account?
Yes, you have the option to add one additional Vision Card for a friend or family member. This additional Vision Card will hold their own balance and is loaded only through a transfer from the primary account. Fees apply.
