Adding Cash Questions

How can I add cash to my Vision Card account?: You can quickly and safely add cash to your Vision Card account at more than 100,000 retail locations including Green Dot MoneyPak®, MoneyGram® ExpressPayment®, PayXone™ locations such as Ace Cash Express, PreCash® retailers, Visa ReadyLink®, and Western Union®. To find a location near you click here or call 1-800-207-1805 and follow the voice prompts. Take your cash and Vision Card to a store location and your funds will be loaded within 10 minutes.
Where can I find a location to add cash to my card?: Click here to find a retail location near you. Enter in your address or ZIP code and the web site will provide locations near you. Bring your Vision Card and cash to the retail location and you can quickly load cash to your card.
How much does adding cash to my Vision Card account cost?: Direct Deposit is free. Adding cash at a retail location, the store charges a "fee" for this service, which varies by store. Check with the retail location on the fee.
How can I find out if my cash was added to my Vision Card account?: The store location should provide you with a receipt number or reference number for deposit of cash. Please save this receipt. You can also get your balance information by signing up online for FREE SMS text alerts***. Log in to your Vision Card account, then click on "Alerts".
How much money can I add to my prepaid account at one time?: At retail locations, you can add a maximum amount of $999 up to two times per day with a maximum balance of $2,500. Funds loaded via Direct Deposit are not subject to the maximum value load.

* Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents at any time. "Guaranteed Approval" is contingent upon successfully passing this mandatory identification information. This Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC.

** Your Weekly Fee will be rebated the following month when you sign up for Direct Deposit and deposit a minimum of $500 per month or complete 15 or more transactions a month.
