How do I confirm if my cash was added correctly to my Vision Visa Prepaid Card?
The store location should provide you with a receipt or reference number for your cash deposit. Please save this receipt. You can also see your balance information by logging in to your online account. While you’re there, don’t forget to sign up for FREE SMS text alerts*** for on-the-go prepaid account updates.
How much and how often can I add to my prepaid account?
At retail locations, you can conveniently and securely add a maximum amount of $999.00 up to two times per day with a maximum balance of $2,500.00. Funds loaded via Direct Deposit are not subject to the maximum value load.
